About this parkrun
Starts on rough hard path (uneven), then hard packed mud (very uneven), then loose sand. All downhill to start, then along the beach then all uphill. Brilliant views, very hard. Free parking.chunkywizard 13th Jan 2019
Lovely start, downhill then onto the beach. Fabulous run along the beach for a mile or so, then sharp turn and run up and through the dunes. Very tough. And a tough uphill finish. A must do run.

A tough course with a well earned reputation. Gravel track start, then a sharp turn downhill before energy sapping through the dunes and onto the beach. Wind direction can help or hinder, as can the tide. Then the Travellator, more dunes and back up.

Lots of sand, and more sand, did I mention there was sand.
