GAZGIB First race back after 3 month lay off. Just set out to jog slowly and walk the hill as injury was really aching all day and the previous nights run had been painful. As it turned out I jogged all the way round without stopping and was really pleased. Don't know who set this up as a 5 miler, garmin says nearly 6. Waveydavey Fairly horrible really. Just back after a cold and the weather made running in a sauna look inviting. I was ok up the steep hill and did find a little pace right at the end, but otherwise I was just plodding. Reading Roadrunners 32:58 35:31 43:00 46:28 47.28
