Steve72 Only ran this distance once before and did it in 18:38 so I'll be aiming to beat that. Finished 6th, happy with that but a little disappointed with the time. There was a bit of a headwind on the night and some parts of the course were a bit sandy so that would have slowed me slightly. But also got my preparation wrong. Only had one day rest after two hard runs and race day diet differed from last time and I ended up feeling bloated. As I know I can go quicker then I might enter the race again next month or in October. I can do better! Unaffiliated 18:08 18:38 18:30 18:40 69.95
