Insomniac Disasterous race, I almost missed the start. My taper included a 3 day alcohol and rich food binge with no running to celebrate my best friends wedding. But these aren't excuses, I just can't run fast anymore. Time to get a coach (I did finish 10th/540 lady runners - so maybe the hilly course has something to do with my slow time too) Winchester & District AC 1:33:08 1:33:30 1:35:00 1:38:09 65.97
