Ant1 Disaster. Recovering from bad cold. Had to have day off work Friday. Had Lucozade gel which did not agree. Got to eight miles in under 56 mins and 10 miles at 1hr 10 then it all caught up with me and had to walk the rest of the way. Do not have gels you are not use to and race when under the weather/ with bad cold. This appears to be my jink race. Last year had to stop because of achilles injury. Boss would like to go sub 90, but this seems unrealistic - especially as the course is not flat. UPDATE: Good run. Boxed in for the first mile (7:30) , then steady after that, including the hills.
