Dubois Very well organised race again with the best PA man in the business. Despite lack of training, I am pretty happy with this - would have loved to go under 50, but didn't really deserve it. Set off sensibly, and felt OK at the top of the hill. Pushed on from 7k down the hill and finished strongly overtaking people all the way. All of these are new experiences for me - usually I die on my arse from half way up the hill having started off like a scalded cat. Unaffiliated 45:20 50:05 53:00 50:05 53.20
