Should Av Run Quicker Stayed with a couple of our club runners for the first 4 miles then thought I was faster than I actually am as decided to increase the pace, this was a mistake as they came past me later on. I thought I would have gone a bit quicker but still managed a PB in the end. Nipped a few places in the final sprint. SimonF Great atmosphere and a well organised race, but really disappointing time for me. My pacing was poor as I did a sub 41 minutes first 10K, and then fell apart.
