About this parkrun
Nice run along the promenade. Slightly undulating and a few narrow bits which could get crowded with a lot of runners but a lovely setting. One and a half laps. Good atmospheremugfordb 21st Jan 2019
Lovely run along the sea front, couple of testing hills but majority on the flat. Consists of 2 loops of the start and ends on the promenade. Very busy at the start but once first corner is out of the way the field funnels out with plenty of space.

A couple of loops of the sea front which is nice. Busy at the start but it soon opens up with a nice wide bit. Lovely location with a cafe to finish with.

Lovely scenic run beside the sea, so wind direction and strength can be challenging at times. Route has a couple of undulations to keep it interesting. Good choice of cafes nearby for post run treats.

Very pretty coastal run. Narrow in places so can get congested, and there are some steep hills.
