Boots Delighted with performance. Never expected to be in this kind of shape so soon. Doubt I could get this time again this year, I think it was just one of those days where I felt very good. Went off cautiously and held back for the first mile and then slowly moved my way through the field from about 15th to 4th at the finish. Mattw4de I might be able to take a few seconds off, so long as i dont go out to fast again!! Slight Rain & cool evening so great running. Started off slower pace & managed to have loads left at end for a finishing race. 6.17 6.33 6.11 Gloucester AAC 18:57 19:20 19:40 19:20 66.54
