DickyDare Pleasing run, this is what i should have run 4 weeks ago at bourton, went off steady and kept very consistent throughout racing with dennis w from bourton who got away from me at 4.5 mile mark, my best paced 10k, splits: 5.29, 5.38, 5.28, 5.28, 5.34, 5.30, 1.13. to finish 4th overall . sub 34 next. CLC Striders RC 33:29 34:21 34:21 76.86
