twiglet_82 1st time I've ran this course. A big downhill start followed immediately by a steep hill to run up. After about 2.5/3 miles, there is a long uphill section (not steep, just a long stretch at a gradient) and another one of these at around 4 miles. At least what goes up, must come down! Very fast course for me, attacking the hills and then using the downslope to my advantage. Bushfield Joggers
