Running Caz Really pleased with this. Felt very good whole way round. Was pretty comfy for most of this although I did put in a bit more at times. Distance wise it was over and done with before I knew it. Wish I'd pushed as am very happy with the time considering the lack of real effort .... didn't take it easy though!! TRUCKER hope for a good 10k to end the year. Trying to race just after Christmas with the lurke doesnt work i was alright until about 5 miles or so then the cold air got on my chest and i had a coughing fit i thought my left lung was on its way up. well thats the last race of 2008 and just about sums up my running year 2009 has to be better Telford Harriers 49:03 52:28 50:00 52:28 51.85
