SPR I'm feeling very confident and think I may actually be able to go faster than i've predicted, but we shall see on the day

I was able to go faster than I predicted :-) was on 5:35-5:37 pace until I murdered the last lap, which indicates I could have gone a bit faster. HR also indicates I could have gone a little faster (187) as i've averaged 189 for a 10k. Think 5:15-5:20 might be on by year end :-) Birmingham Running, Athletics, & Triathlon Club (BRAT) 4:58 5:29 5:40 5:29 67.66
thesteadygroove Northbrook AC, Fell Runners Association 5:24 5:24 5:30 68.92
Velociraptor Wasn't even expecting to crack 8 minutes, so was gobsmacked when I found myself leading the field from the start in the 7mm-8mm race. Worked quite hard. I *will* crack 7 minutes for a freestanding mile sometime :) Cumberland AC, FERC 7:05 7:05 7:05 65.36
