Doonhamer First time i have ran this low key local race which was, i'm told' over a new route. Ran steady throughout and worked the first 3k before easing off. Pleased with my time for the effort i put in but equally as happy that my kneee gave me no problems on a what was a twisting course with quite a lot of dead turns Linlithgow AAC 17:05 18:20 18:20 70.54
