phal Enjoyed the course, mixture of bits and enjoyed having the hill there in the middle too. Pleasd with time - only 45 seconds off my road 10k PB time. Start of course was muddy, and as this was the end of the lap as well was hard to get a bit of speed up. Looking forward to the 15k next time :o) The Green Runners 40:16 41:28 44:12 67.23
dood Decided to go for this at the last minute, hope the 3/4 bottle of wine didn't slow me down too much. Nice and muddy - the off road shoes gave loads of grip when others were slipping around.
