DeeGee You know when you seriously underestimate your abilities. I started at what I felt was a comfortable pace, found it was fast, but carried on regardless. Only by mile 11 did I decide to go for the PB, and that was because running within myself put me bang on target. Had a good race, hills were tough and I had to remember how to race hard (haven't done it for a few months) but I got the 8 min/mile average and came over the finish line to collapse on my face.
