Musical Journey Well chuffed with the time, given the lack of midweek training for the past 2 weeks, not to mention two heavy sessions last week and a lack of pasta the day before! It was also Noel's first race and was so pleased he enjoyed it, I could tell he'd caught that running buzz, he was positively crowing at the end of it and recorded a superb time of 53.34. It was a really nice course as well, through some wooded areas and even a golf course. The drizzle was refreshing and the heavier downpour timed perfectly AFTER I'd finished :-) Unaffiliated 49:00 58:35 58:35 47.51
