crazygal Course was 2 laps, mainly cycle path through a housing estate but to be honest I wasn't looking at the scenery. Lots of long uphill stretches, sharp corners and cycle fences meant the course was tougher than Crowle. However, I did myself no favours whatsoever by starting too fast on a hot & muggy day.
