DylanWales Everyone set off really quick for this one - as usual i followed ;-) - after a mile i stuck to my pace and was happy with the run - it was quite hot aswell...must learn how to run and drink from a cup - without drowning myself!!! Milou OK race. Battling with sciatica and an unknown ankle injury. Barely hobbled away at the end - last three miles agony! Got stopped by an idiot in a car too - trying to overtake another car with no space. More cash than sense! Might be back next year - injuries permitting! Unaffiliated 1:48:24 1:48:24 1:48:24 47.10
