About this parkrun
A relatively flat course with wide tarmac paths, the course goes for 2 laps around the perimeter of the park. Notable features include a small wooden bridge which could be slippery when wet or icy.Dowel 16th Jun 2019
It's a park and you run and in Ilford friendly enough you just have to park outside on road so maybe an issue. Flat.
