Tri_Harder official time to be confirmed. started of too fast and past the first km in 4 minutes which took it's toll during 3-4 kms. The final km went very fast didn't realise how close the finish was, could have sprinted from further out if know. All in all, a hard but excellent race. Room for improvement still, possibly sub 21:30 with some solid training. splits approx (4:04 , 8:40 , 13:20 , 18:40 , 4:22). Unaffiliated 23:02 23:02 24:59 23:02 55.96
