scott2bc VERY warm... VERY fast first half... Nearly broke my 5km and broke my 5 mile and 10km PBs...! Then trailed off, but still easily a PB over the distance. I should soon have a sub-21 race PB for the 5km at this rate. A bit faster given the distance and I could go sub-20:30... Must admit, about 7 miles in I thought Unaffiliated 1:31:21 1:33:33 1:35:30 1:34:15 61.52
Skhul Averaged 193 for last 700m and peaked at 198! Def. an A for effort. Legs went after 17k but in the heat I think I judged this well. Unaffiliated 1:48:13 1:57:23 1:57:23 55.06
