steeplechaser Truro half, started slow hoping for a fast finish, but didn't have anything left. A rather pedestrian pace but good enough for 1st V55 to win the GP Series. No gels so drank lucozade sports drink before start. Certainly sweated more than usual. Maybe I don't normally drink enough. A good hard work out.
