Boycie very warm! funny course too, didn't seem to be that hilly, but hard to get a good pace going (probably just the heat) - managed to finish 4th in the end in 37.58... Unaffiliated 34:46 36:30 37:58 69.64

Impossible is Nothing Really muggy evening probably slowed performance. No major hills. Boycie, Debs and Westbury all had good showings. Result 12th out of 152. Westbury Harriers 37:35 38:04 39:53 67.77
Seejay1 A very hot evening and although I did not get a PB, I am well pleased with my performance, on a cooler day I think a PB would be possible. Recommend the race anyway!! Southville Running Club 48:08 49:04 50:00 51:46 61.00
