Princess Purple Bubbles I GOT A PB when totally not expecting it-having collided with a car Saturday lunchtime and having pain in shoulder/niggling bruised elbow.ran with lesley-both in fetch tops and had a great race! Unaffiliated 59:36 1:04:51 1:04:51 45.83
shortnginger - runningfrommybelly tholthorpe 10k tholthorpe 10k set out with a pb in mind and worked very hard but on the day the wind won the battle and miles 3 and 4 into a head wind and cost me 45 secs per mile!! so a galant effort but no cigar!! but a good threshold run i suppose ! off to sulk now! be good sng Nidd Valley Road Runners 47:39 47:39 48:00 55.08
