Maxvaxine Set off at under 10mm pace and kept it going til 7m (thanks to jelly babies). Last 3 miles were tough (it was hot!) but thanks to the man in blue who duelled with me all through the last mile, I totally exceeded my expectations. Passed me in the last 20 yards too!
