Middler This is a hilly course so not expecting great things. Just going to make up club numbers. *update* a complete disaster - was going really well until the 6k mark when my calf muscle exploded. Had to be rescued by the Red Cross, can barely walk this morning and I'm in agony. Unaffiliated 50:34 52:30
Runningheva Not a good time, but it is a hilly course. I won my age group again so quite pleased overall. Well organised race and lovely weather. Rugby & Northampton AC 44:26 46:01 47:15 73.78
