Bananaman A great day for my club - Ware Joggers, as this was the 1st race we have ever put on.
I only ran because we had so many club members willing to marshal.
A small turnout of 202 but we plan to build on this for next year.

Great to see a Fetchy (No 8) pick up some silverware. Ware Joggers 1:22:55 1:22:55 1:31:40 57.68
BenDy Last run before Amsterdam - good test for the ankle Bishops Stortford RC 1:16:16 1:16:16 1:20:53 54.50
crispy I enjoyed this race, a bit twisty in parts but it made a nice change to be off the tarmac for a lot of it. Unaffiliated 1:10:03 0 1:10:56 62.90

marcymarc24 Did about as well as expected, good race to do in the future, bit twisty though. More miles in the legs needed. Harlow RC 1:07:43 1:13:40 1:19:00 1:16:58 57.54

No.8 ™ Wasn't an easy course, a lot of off road and multi terrain including laps of a cricket pitch to start and finish. I think I ran on every surface possible, other than running track. Never the less, fantastic organisation and great marshalling made it a good friendly race - finished 2nd overall. Unaffiliated 57:19 58:35 59:04 75.91
RichardW Great race and well organised, for the first time, by Ware Joggers. Well done! As seems to be the theme with me these days, something 'went' with a mile to go and I virtually walked all the way home. Went from 8:30 mins/mile to 9:20 in the space of 15 minutes. Ho-hum. This is the first race that i seem to recall a lot of downhill...and not a lot of uphill. Why was that? Herts Phoenix AC 1:23:45 1:27:19 1:25:00 1:33:14 56.71
Tash01 Slower than what i used to run.......Just glad to get round. Haverhill RC 1:15:18 1:27:52 1:38:19 50.88
