Team Win Ran okay. I was convinced I was on for a PB as I went through 4 mile in 23.33 needing a 5.55 mile to break my PB of 29.29. Unfortunately must have tied up a lot last mile as finished in 29.58ish. Came 11th. Shrewsbury AC 29:29 29:46 30:45 29:57 70.34
