Runningheva Harder than I expected. Twisted my back after about 10 miles and it got worse and worse. I ended up walking a lot in the last 5 miles. Oh and noone told me it was almost 16 miles (not the 15 it said on the entry form!) Rugby & Northampton AC 3:02:00 55.88
