Bob! Club Championship Race Well, I'm betting on me despite Gregs comments! 7.15,7.15,7.34,8.42,8.18,7.37,1.51 Like Chapper5 says Mile 4 was all uphill, it actually started at the back end of mile 3. The second half of Mile 5 was a steeper hill, I passed a few runners who walked the latter part of the hill. It was hard to get going again after the effort of the hills, but I actually managed to turn the pace on for the last 100metres! My first sub 50 10k !!!
