warrior Started very well, although from the 2nd to the fifth mile i was continually overtaken, basicaly I slowed down quiet a bit, one positive was that i held my own from the 5th mile onwards, you have to try to take the positives from a race, although there was not many... Orpington Road Runners 39:30 42:32 42:32 64.41
