taulpaul Forgot how undulating and twisty this course was. Well thats my excuse for not achieving a PB today. Still can't go faster all the time. Great well organised race with a great medal - if you like that sort of thing - and i do.... Birmingham Swifts 42:00 43:27 43:27 61.32

Fat Man Runs Run went really well apart from the hill at halfway and the chafing throughout.

Really well organised - did the fun run with my boy afterwards and that was fantastic - he got clapped al the way in, it made a six year olds day! Unaffiliated 47:15 47:29 47:39 55.49
anthony a A PB of 51:28 - All the training at BVH is reaping rewards :)

My last years time was 55:30 ish

The race resembled the Gazza strip at times with the scenic burnt out cars :)

Well organised race though. Bournville Harriers 51:28 51:28 53:00 51:28 54.07

Neil Oldfield Futhest Ive run so far, even in training(ahem). The race was very well organised, and although due to never ending leg probs and a bout of the flu having dented the progress re.training Id like to have made so far,Im a little dissapointed with my time and would have liked to have been a little bit quicker. As with previous races, with it being the first time at this distance I misjudged it really and could have picked up the pace from about 3k out. Still, I got round and Iv posted a time to beat in the next 10k. Its def a race for next year though, and despite the drab nasty scenery of Tamworth I enjoyed it and the goody bag, medal and T shirt make it all worth while of course!!!
