Jonny Changed the route this year with the water crossing coming near the end. Very pleased with my effort today. Kept up the pace throughout and felt quite strong even on the inclines. Finished 14th. Unaffiliated 38:16 38:16 38:16 58.89
Kew Pleased but found it pretty tough. Had pins and needles in my feet very bad for last 2 miles - don't normally get them in a short race! First time ever I beat tanglefoot though (I know he won't let me do that again in a hurry so I better make the kost of the bragging rights!) Reading Joggers 45:13 45:13 45:13 56.44
Konaboy Fantastic weather - crisp but sunny morning. Course reversed this year & better for it. Started steady & picked up a lot of places over the first 5K. Held on after that but spied a RRR over the last K so stepped up pace to pass him just before the line. Hot soup at the school afterwards was most welcome.
