lennoxr Very nice route and race but a bit more hilly than advertised and the one at 8.3km can slow you down somewhat. Nice breeze thankfully cooled it a little on a hot day. Maidenhead AC 37:12 38:30 38:20 38:42 71.35
Enaoslm Started quite quickly. Hot day. Course was hillier than I expected and that caught me out together with the heat. Tough steep hill at 8km which slowed me down. Good learning session though and I hope to improve at Yately on Wednesday Basingstoke & Mid Hants AC 36:50 41:33 43:00 42:33 62.61

Corona another year, another hot one. Ran the first 5k to plan, but couldn't get it right in the second half, too quick and tgen slowing to recover. Pushed at the end for a new pb though. Excellent support from the marshalls around the course. Unaffiliated 1:01:49 1:03:52 1:05:17 43.32
