Jonny Much wetter & muddier than I have ever seen this course, very enjoyable though. Felt I ran ok & my pacing was good. Wasn't expecting a good time. Did my usual 5 mile warm up beforehand & it seemed to keep my right calf pain free. Unaffiliated 38:16 40:45 40:45 55.50
