RunningBob Nice undulating but fast 10k. Run just over 34 for the last 2 years. Must be time to dip into the 33s if the weather is good - but even if I do you won't win much more than 10s on my pb - so not good odds for a bet! Turned into more of a race than a time trial with Cheshire GP at stake. Managed to scrape a PB but if you bet on me you're living off scraps ;-). Wilmslow RC 33:01 34:02 33:59 34:02 82.43
