RunningBob Nice undulating but fast 10k. Run just over 34 for the last 2 years. Must be time to dip into the 33s if the weather is good - but even if I do you won't win much more than 10s on my pb - so not good odds for a bet! Turned into more of a race than a time trial with Cheshire GP at stake. Managed to scrape a PB but if you bet on me you're living off scraps ;-). Wilmslow RC 33:01 34:02 33:59 34:02 83.36
Sandpitt A good improvement on my previous 10k time, I was really happy to break 45 mins. I took part in this race many moons ago when I was a youngster so coming back to compete again after many years of neglecting my fitness felt fantastic. Spectrum Striders RC 39:23 42:55 44:38 60.21
