MrViper Splits 5.05, 5.58, 6.00, 1.22. Thought I was on track for a 17:45 at the 3 mile mark but Garmin measured route at 3.21 miles. Longer than most 5ks. Reckon I can go sub 18 on a good course. First mile too fast but some downhill. Claremont Road Runners 17:37 17:59 18:21 70.03
