Boingy Pretty pleased with that. Weather was good apart from a bit of a breeze in the face at the start of the second lap. Paced it well. A nice race with good marshalling. Leamington C & AC 29:27 35:12 36:00 35:12 60.49
simmicee Oh My God that hurt. Pleased with the pb, but disappointed as I thought I could do better.....but it's the first race since I broke my ribs so can't really complain. Ealing, Southall & Middlesex AC 35:19 35:19 36:22 66.55
