My poor knees... UPDATE: In on e word: horrible!! 3 laps and having a mile hill at the start of each lap, wasn't nice at all. Am glad I finished it (though disappointed with my time), as there were times when my body was saying enough! Thanks to the organisers and marshalls. Very friendly all round. See you next year?
