Miles Monroe Started too far back, so wasted a lot of time & energy trying to pass folk early on due to the mud. Caught up with the 22min pacer and stayed just behind him till about halfway. I then felt good enough to try going for my PB. Dismayed when I saw the 4k sign (thought I was nearer the end) In the end just 3 secs off PB. That'll do. Unaffiliated 20:42 21:47 21:50 70.27
