Siggers tryimg for a big pb this year, only problem is that the race comes two days after I get back from 2 weeks in the sun. Maybe so, but if I can maintain the fitness whilst away, the newc.7 indicates it is possible with the minimum of effort, then this will be a nailed on P.B.!!!! Managed some runs whilst on me jollies, ate and drank to excess though, p.b. still possible I think with steady pacing. Not where I wanted to be, but still a p.b. by over a minute, thanks to everyone who bet on me glad I could provide you with the right result!! Still more to come. Homer I've just set a new 5k PB of 21:02 and the calculator says I should be able to beat 45 mins for 10k. My legs say I should to. So....bet away!! UPDATE: I did it! And thanks for the support - sub 45 for 10k!!! Woooooo Hooooo! FERC 42:10 44:20 44:59 44:20 59.75

Neil Oldfield Just less than a minute outside my pb BUT, having not run for 2 weeks other than a little jog on Thursday, was very happy with this run as I came 1st in club league and beat quite a few in higher leagues than myself!!!!
