FRU (KeepTheFaith) Sis couldnt run as she poorly with sinusitis, I had a feeling it wasnt going to be great but once we got going and hit a pace I just kept pushing, found it hard but gritted my teeth and hung on in there all the way to finally officially bag under 1hr 30! Vindicator Wanted to enjoy this one so targeted 1:17-1:18. As it happened was moving nicely through the middle of the race, dealt nicely with the hills 7-8 but lack of milage meant I finished strong but not as fast as I wanted.
