Bolt Felt good, if a little warm. Glad the whole team and club did well though. Brilliant event and superbly organised. I AM a bit worried about my average HR though. According to the GPS it was hitting 220+ at times! Harwich Runners 41:43 41:58 42:28 66.06
kennyT Framlingham Flyers 42:48 44:10 45:32 60.17
robrea Ipswich Jaffa put on a great relay today, really well organised - I didn't hear a single complaint from anyone!
From my point of view I had a great run, best for a month or so but more importantly the team of Harwich Runners A thanks to Brian, Matt, Mark Jason and Sam finished 3rd out of 90 teams meaning another little trophy for the cabinet :-) Harwich Runners 33:11 34:22 35:14 74.93
Tom Tom Enjoyed the route-not the fastest in the world due to all the twists and turns, but varied, and with friendly marshalls. Crap run from me-struggled with a stitch from the end of the 2nd lap all the way through to the start of the 4th lap. Loved the event though-brilliantly organised and great fun to watch! Hopefully back next year...:) Unaffiliated 40:46 41:15 43:05 70.55
