Flat Out Fi 1st Lady home and a personal best today of 40:42!! Am delighted with that!! And we won the Ladies team prize as well! Andy Mynott was 1st Male home so a great mornings work for the Saffron Striders!!! :O)) Unaffiliated 39:54 40:00 42:45 40:42 74.36
Vindicator Run as the last 10Km of a 20 mile Long run. Felt pretty good but found the final Km uphill in to the wind tough. Arrived at the finish having caught with 2 club mates but they outsprinted me - not fair when you have done 14 miles more and your glycogen is gone! Harlow RC 40:21 40:50 49:36 47:06 56.79
