soreeneater Absolutely rubbish! 3 times round the lake - no problem with that. I ran as fast as I could but just didn't seem to have the power today. Need the hills to inspire me. DA beat me this time though I was catching him quickly on the lap round the stadium. Flat courses ain't good. The guy from Askern went in front of me but I did pull quite a bit back at the end. I would imagine there is only 10 secs or so between us. Need to power up the hills next week and leave him. If he comes by, then I need to pull out all the stops. It will be a close run thing. Cavey Bit disappointed with the time, I thought I would comfortably get sub 35, with a possible chance of sub 34. But from about halfway I was running through treacle, as it would seem my legs are suffering a bit of a hangover.
