smash Thoroughly enjoyed this, even if it was really hard. Lovely forest and beach to run through, views across the bay to Gower and Worm's Head. The marshalls were lovely, as were the runners, and although the course was challenging I felt like I'd really achieved something by the end. And I was quite pleased with my time. Krukers Set off too quick, and confused by inaccurate mile markers (1st mile in 5.21... I don't think so!!). Tough course, up and down through woods, and a long mile on the beach, the soft sand was a killer. 2 or 3 very steep, but short, hills.Lost about 5 places in the second half. 5.21,7.18,6.52,6.59,7.38,8.21,5.47,14.15(2mile),6.38, Tough,but thoroughly enjoyable.
