Coopz This was the race where the calf muscle went again after about 5-6 minutes and I had to stop after 15 minutes for 4-5 minutes while I tried to stretch and massage the pain away; managed to finish the 10 miles and will be back next year as I enjoyed the race and the course. Turbo doesnt count Previous PB in this race was 1h 08m in 2000, very little chance of beating that!! I was right although slightly quicker than I expected. Ate too close to start which didn't help but pretty consistent pacing. Happy with that. Aldridge RC 1:08:52 1:09:15 1:10:00 1:09:15 67.43
