About this parkrun
Lollipop - 1 mile past the power plant, 1 mile loop in the dunes, 1 mile back past the power plant. Along the seafront behind the dunes - some minor ups and downs and the only parkrun I've come across with a tank trap on the course.iRicey 7th Jan 2020
flat, out and back, mix of gravel, sand and grass. very friendly. cafe and toilets at start /finish.

Sort of out and back, but with a bit of a loop for the turn-round. Path through the dunes: mix of firm sandy and grass, so quite uneven. Can get quite breezy too. Pretty flat. Car parking (Ringo/machine) and loos adjacent to start.

Went on a sunny winters day. Very nice getting some sun to warm you up. Bring sunglasses. Out and back(ish) in well drained sand path. I wore trails but not sure they were needed. Nice cafe after for a coffee.
